Lunch: salad, a small ginger bread
dinner: 3/4 pizza margerita
My Movement:
30 minutes spinning
200-300 jumping jacks

feeling pretty good in my body today ;)
i'm pretty happy how the day turned out, because i didn't eat that much, except from that pizza in the evening, but my boyfriend took me out for dinner( we are together for 21 months now :)) luckily the pizza wasn't that big/thick...aand although i had planned to wait until friday to step on the scaling i already did it on wednesday!... and i was pretty surprised in a positive way!!! because it said 61,9 kilos, wich is about 3 kilos less than i had expected...pretty happy about this now :)
