My Story:
I have already tried to lose weight two times! i wont do it unhealthily, but i am going to lose at least 6 kilos!!! my last diet ended about four weeks ago, when my weight was at abou 59 kilos, since then i didn't weigh myself, because i am so afraid what the scaling will tell me! hopefully it's not more than 64 kilos or something!
so today i'm starting third diet, but this time i wont overdo as much as i did it the last times. after two diets i know what i did wrong and what i have to change...
in the following i will share my daily eating as well as my results and my experiences with dieting!

My methods:
-little sweets( no sweets is impossible otherwise i will continue with my old binge-eating habits)
-no breakfast(because i don't like it anyways :P)
-small portions( because eating more doesn't make anything taste better)
-drink a lot( because it's healthy)
-move a lot( very important one! i am so freakin lazy)
-eat salads and fruits ( because i love them!)
-as few meat as possible
-chew slowly ( very important one as well! i tend to overeat myself, because of very fast eating!)
