Day one

Food:
toooo much!!

breakfast: one bowl with cornflakes,fruits and yoghurt 
at school: 6 small cookies
for lunch: sushi

result: a fat fat belly

today i wanna start my new diet ( try three!!) maybe it works out this time we'll see! actually i'm a bit afraid of the scale, so i'll diet for one weak and then i am going to weigh myself for the first time after one month, i wont be pleased, i know that!!!
