My food:
breakfast: 1/3 wholemeal bred with cream cheese
lunch: one apple,100g rice pudding, 5 small christmas cookies
dinner: vegetable soup, 1/2 bun with 2 extremely thin turkey slices, some curd
My movement:
30 minutes spinning
150 jumping jacks
result:
before i listed this all up i really thought that i didn't eat that much over the day, but now i've just realised that it was so freakin much :-O now i'm pretty angry at myself that i ate the curd and the cookies, but my granny made them and they actually were delicious!
my diet is like one joke to me...it's not a real diet, i really should eat less...what makes me extremely angry is that i ate that freakin rice pudding because i wasn't even hungry!!!
and i know exactly that i will have to eat breakfast tomorrow, because that's the only day in the week, where my parents and i get up at the same time...and they always force me to eat at least a whole bun!!!! that's crazy!
